2016/2017 Spinal Network travel grant winners

The Spinal Network travel grants aim to help emerging researchers, clinicians, postgraduate students, people with a spinal cord injury and people working in the spinal cord injury community attend conferences to increase communication and collaboration within the field. 

These travel grants are in memory of Rosalind E. Nicholson who was just 17 when she sustained a spinal cord injury in a horse riding accident. She refused to be overwhelmed by her injury and became an active member of the local community. 

For conference travel in the financial year 2016/17 there are grants of up to AUD1000 for individuals attending conferences within Australia and New Zealand, and grants of up to AUD2000 for an individual presenting at an international conference.
